Golubtsy or Golabki, used in the plural form is the name for stuffed cabbage rolls, which is literal translation means "little pigeons". Apart from being a popular family dish, it is also an essential item on the menu at all festive and community dinners.

Potato pancakes are a typical Eastern-Europian dish, one of the best things you can eat in Eastern Europe. These richly browned, tender potato pancakes bring memories of grandma's homey farm kitchen and her many treats.

Blintzes

These great yeast pancakes are now internationally known. Pierogies

For most red-blooded Eastern-Europians, no dish is more tempting to feast on than well-filled pierogies (varenyky) made of a soft dough and served with a generous portion of "smetana" (sour cream). Fillings for pierogies are numerous, but cottage cheese is the national favorite.
 

 
Kopytka (Little Hoofs)

These potato dumplings will make any meal extra special, light and delicious, they are excellent with meat gravy or mushroom sauce of your choice. We also love them with buttered breadcrumbs. Bigos (meat, plain, or mushroom)

Bigos is the national dish of Poland. Ancient in origin, it was made in a cauldron and cooked over a fire. The ingredients were whatever game from the forest the hunters had shot, along with sauerkraut and smoked meat which travelled so well.

 


 

Soups (kapusniak, chicken, bean, red borsch with dumplings, flascki)

If you love sauerkraut, you will love our “Kapusniak”. This hearty peasant soup is made from scratch the way your mother or grandmother used to make it. Full of tangy, great tasting sauerkraut sautéed with golden onions, then simmered with dry Polish mushrooms, potatoes, carrots, spices and seasoning. Delicious, and very satisfying.

Pyzy (raw-potato dumplings)
Meat (or liver) stuffed potatoe balls. This is traditional Polish dish with fillings made of minced meat (or liver), onion and spices. We also produce potatoe balls without filling.

Pork and Chiсken Schitzels
Nothing matches the taste of a homemade schnitzel made from fresh ground meat!

Breaded Fish
Fish in its many varieties is a nutritious food. It is rich in protein and minerals. We offer you a great breaded fish!
