Blintzes

pierogies are numerous, but cottage cheese is the national favorite.

Bigos is the national dish of Poland. Ancient in origin, it was made in

If you love sauerkraut, you will love our “Kapusniak”. This hearty
peasant soup is made from scratch the way your mother or grandmother
used to make it. Full of tangy, great tasting sauerkraut sautéed with
golden onions, then simmered with dry Polish mushrooms, potatoes,
carrots, spices and seasoning. Delicious, and very satisfying.

Pyzy (raw-potato dumplings)
Meat (or liver) stuffed potatoe balls. This is traditional Polish dish with
fillings made of minced meat (or liver), onion and spices. We also produce
potatoe balls without filling.
